Title Sales provides an online property listing, advertising and technology platform. Our fees are charged as an upfront payment for access to the selected listing package, digital tools, platform features and related services.
Payments made to Title Sales are generally non-refundable once a purchase has been completed and access to the service, listing tools, digital materials or platform features has been provided.
Social media boosts are the exception while unfulfilled: a boost is fully refundable until the campaign goes live. Once live, the advertising spend is committed and the boost is non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, failure to use the service, a decision not to proceed with selling a property, providing incorrect or incomplete information, or if your property does not sell, does not receive enquiries, does not receive offers, or does not achieve the price you expected.
Title Sales does not guarantee that a property will sell, that a buyer will make an enquiry or offer, that a contract will be entered into, or that any particular sale price or timeframe will be achieved.
Title Sales is not a real estate agency, estate agent, conveyancer, legal adviser or buyer’s agent. We provide advertising, listing, technology and support tools only. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your listing, your property information, your legal obligations and any transaction or negotiation with a buyer.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair, replacement, resupply of the service, or another remedy required by law.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full. To request a remedy, email hello@titlesales.com.au from your account email with your receipt; we respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Apple in-app purchases are refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
