Payment Terms.

1. Prices and processing

All prices are in Australian dollars and are the total price payable; where GST applies it is included in the displayed price. Standard pricing: Basic listing $99 (live 30 days, 3 photos), Plus listing $199 once-off (live 120 days, 6 photos), Premium listing $369 once-off (live for a full year, 14 photos, Featured placement). Promotional launch pricing currently applies for a short time (Basic free, Plus $49, Premium $99) and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price charged. Optional social media boosts are priced by campaign budget as displayed at purchase, of which 15% is the Title Sales service fee and the remainder is advertising spend. Buyer-side actions are free.

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on Title Sales systems. A receipt is emailed after every successful payment. Purchases made through Apple’s in-app purchase system, where offered, are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms.

2. One-off payments, failures and changes

Every payment on Title Sales is one-off: listing tiers apply to a single listing immediately and social boosts fund a single campaign. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

If you dispute a charge with your bank rather than contacting us first, we may suspend the associated paid features while the dispute is resolved.

Price changes are prospective only, never affect a purchase already made, and subscription changes take effect from your next renewal after at least 14 days’ notice. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Contact: hello@titlesales.com.au.
