Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The standard

Title Sales is where people transact the biggest asset of their lives. Use it honestly, lawfully and respectfully. This policy applies to listings, photos, messages, Expressions of Interest, seller updates and profile details.

2. You must not

Break the law, or engage in misleading or deceptive conduct about a property.

List property you do not own or lack authority to sell, or misrepresent price, features, title or status.

Scam, phish or defraud: no luring payment or communication off-platform to evade safeguards, no soliciting deposits by message, no impersonating owners, buyers, conveyancers or Title Sales staff.

Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against any user, or post content that is defamatory, obscene or hateful.

Infringe intellectual property, including photographs you have no rights to. No spam, no harvesting contact details.

Interfere with the service: no scraping, bots, automated account creation, security probing, or attempts to bypass access controls or fees.

3. Consequences and reporting

Breaches are handled under the Content Moderation Policy and may result in content removal, warnings, suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of active paid features where the breach caused the removal, and referral to police or regulators.
