Title Sales is an advertising platform where property owners list and market their own properties and deal directly with buyers. We are not a real estate agent, auctioneer, valuer, conveyancer, solicitor, or financial adviser, we do not act for any buyer or seller, we are not a party to any transaction, and we never hold deposits or trust money.
Listing content, descriptions, prices, photographs, land sizes, boundaries, features and inspection times, is provided by sellers, who declare it true when publishing. We do not verify it. Buyers should inspect in person, make their own enquiries, and have contracts and vendor statements reviewed by their own conveyancer or solicitor, and obtain building, pest and any other inspections they consider appropriate, before committing.
Nothing on this platform, including guides, FAQ answers, price displays, comparison figures, and messages from our team, is legal, financial, tax, valuation or investment advice. Worked examples and cost comparisons are indicative estimates only; actual commissions, advertising costs and outcomes vary. Obtain advice from qualified professionals for your circumstances.
Title Sales publishes guides, frequently asked questions, forms, templates, calculators, checklists and other general information to help members understand the private sale process. We take care to keep this material accurate and current, and we review it regularly.
