Data Deletion Policy.

1. Deleting your account

You can delete your Title Sales account yourself, at any time, from your account screen: My listings, then Delete account, then confirm. The same deletion can be requested by email to hello@titlesales.com.au from your account email address; we verify the request belongs to the account holder before acting.

2. What is deleted, what is retained

Deleted: your profile and sign-in identity, your listings and their photographs, your contact details, the log of contact details you viewed, your reports and blocks, and any suspension records and messages concerning you.

Retained: transaction records (what was purchased, when, for how much, with Stripe references) for 7 years as Australian tax and corporations law requires; records subject to a legal hold, unresolved dispute or fraud investigation until the matter closes.

3. Timeframes

Deletion takes effect immediately: your account stops working and your content leaves the marketplace at once. Purging from live systems completes within 30 days, and deleted data cycles out of encrypted backups within a further 60 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed; active paid features end without refund except as the Refund Policy provides.

You may request a copy of your personal information before deleting by emailing hello@titlesales.com.au; we respond within 30 days as the Privacy Act requires.
